For general enquiries and correspondence: info@eightinvest.com. For personal data protection matters: privacy@eightinvest.com. Contact person: Dimitar Ivanov. Correspondence address: Sofia 1113, Izgrev District, 15–17 Tintyava Street, Bulgaria.
In these Terms, the “Company” means EIGHT INVEST, the “Website” means its corporate website at https://eightinvest.com/, on which these Terms are published, and a “Visitor” means any person using the Website.
Subject matter and scope
These Terms govern the use of https://eightinvest.com/ and the submission of enquiries and investment proposals through the “Apply for investment” form. The form requires a name, email address, legal entity name, stage of development and a brief description of the idea or business; a website link is optional.
Access to the Website is free of charge and does not require registration. Visitors bear their own internet access costs. This corporate Website does not accept payments, investment orders or funds from Visitors, and does not automatically conclude agreements for services, financing or the acquisition of equity interests.
These Terms remain available to read, save and print. Where contractual consent is required for a particular action, it must be obtained separately in accordance with applicable law. Merely browsing the Website does not constitute consent to marketing, non-essential cookies or any waiver of statutory rights.
Information about investments and projects
The Website presents the investment of the Company’s own funds, equity interests, business development and financing, transactions involving real estate and intellectual property, management of its own assets, corporate restructuring and business consultancy. The information does not constitute a personalised investment recommendation, a public offering of securities or an invitation for Visitors to contribute funds.
Any future plans, estimates and forecasts depend on specific circumstances and may change. Investments involve risk, including the loss of invested funds. Past performance and project examples do not guarantee future returns or the financing of any other project.
Before deciding on a particular transaction, an independent assessment and, where necessary, independent professional advice should be obtained. Binding terms are set out in the relevant individual documents, subject to applicable formalities and licensing requirements.
Applicable licensing and authorisation requirements
The Company’s name and stated business activities do not, in themselves, establish that it is authorised to provide investment intermediation, fund management, public capital raising or any other regulated financial service.
Before a regulated service is offered, its provider, the provider’s regulatory status and the specific applicable terms must be disclosed.
Activities requiring a licence, authorisation or registration are carried out only after the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
Enquiries and business communications
Please provide accurate information necessary to consider your enquiry and appropriate contact details for a response. If acting on behalf of another person, state this and provide only information you are entitled to disclose.
Receipt of an enquiry, an automated acknowledgement or the commencement of discussions does not constitute approval of a project, acceptance of an offer, a promise of financing or the conclusion of an agreement. No fee or review expense is payable without a separate prior agreement.
Individuals and legal entities from different countries may submit enquiries and proposals. Their consideration and any subsequent transactions are subject to applicable sanctions, restrictive measures and mandatory requirements of the relevant jurisdiction. Receipt of a proposal does not create any obligation to provide financing.
Submitted projects and confidential materials
For initial contact, submit a brief introduction through the form, without trade secrets, sensitive personal data or identity documents. The submission is received through an EIGHT INVEST server in Bulgaria and internal email services. Detailed projects, files and investment proposals are exchanged by email after a confidentiality agreement has been signed.
Copyright and other rights in the materials you provide remain with their respective rights holders. Submission alone does not transfer ownership or grant a general licence to publish, commercially exploit or disclose the materials to an unspecified group of investors.
Submitted materials may be used to the extent necessary to consider the enquiry and assess the proposal, including by engaged specialists subject to applicable confidentiality and lawful data processing obligations. Disclosure to an external prospective investor must be agreed in advance and requires an appropriate legal basis.
These Terms do not, in themselves, constitute an individual confidentiality agreement. This does not affect the protection of trade secrets and personal data, or duties of good faith arising under law or an existing agreement.
References to other companies
A reference to an equity interest, partnership, brand or portfolio company does not mean that EIGHT INVEST provides that entity’s services, represents it or guarantees its obligations. The actual contracting party must be identified for each transaction.
Each separate provider publishes its own terms and personal data information. An affiliation between companies does not, in itself, provide a basis for shared access to personal data or joint responsibility as controllers.
Rights in Website content
The text, images, graphics, logos and other protected content belong to the Company or the relevant rights holders and are used subject to applicable rights and permissions.
Viewing, saving and printing for personal use or internal business assessment are permitted, provided that authorship and source notices are retained. Other reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law.
These Terms do not restrict statutory exceptions, lawful quotation, the free use of unprotected information or other rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Permitted use
The Website must not be used for unlawful activities, impersonation, infringement of third-party rights, or the transmission of unsolicited messages or malicious code.
Unauthorised access, circumvention of technical safeguards, attacks, overloading, or the unlawful extraction of protected information or personal data are prohibited. This provision does not restrict lawful activities or access by competent authorities.
External websites and services
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. The terms of the relevant operator apply when you visit them. A link does not, in itself, constitute an endorsement or guarantee of that operator’s offerings.
The Company does not control content independently maintained by third parties. This does not exclude any liability imposed by law for the Company’s own actions, its chosen method of embedding content or its disclosure of personal data.
No externally embedded components are envisaged in this version. Ordinary links to other websites do not alter the terms applicable to their operators.
Availability and technical maintenance
We exercise reasonable care to keep information accurate as of the stated date and to ensure reliable Website operation. Errors, interruptions and changes may occur, including for maintenance or security purposes.
Where necessary, we may temporarily restrict access to a proportionate extent to resolve a problem, comply with a legal obligation or prevent identified misuse. This does not amend an existing individual agreement or override the statutory rights of affected persons.
Liability and preservation of statutory rights
Liability for loss or damage is determined under applicable law in light of the specific circumstances. The informational nature of the Website does not override duties of good faith, truthful commercial communications or lawful processing of personal data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life or health, or any other liability or consumer right whose limitation is prohibited. The right to compensation under applicable personal data protection law is also preserved.
Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the separate Privacy Policy. That policy provides information and does not replace consent where consent is required.
Submitting an enquiry does not add you to a marketing list. This version does not use analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies or similar technologies; no newsletter, profiling or automated assessment of proposals is envisaged.
Amendments and temporal effect
The current version is published on the Website with its date. Amendments govern subsequent use and do not apply retrospectively to rights, obligations or agreements that have already arisen or been concluded.
Appropriate advance notice is provided for material changes. Where law or an agreement requires express acceptance, publication of new text or continued visits alone does not replace that acceptance.
Reports and applicable law
Reports concerning content or technical issues should be sent to info@eightinvest.com, identifying the relevant page, describing the issue and providing contact details for a response. Contacting the Company first is not a prerequisite for referring a matter to a competent authority or court.
Consumers may submit complaints and reports to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (CCP; Bulgarian abbreviation: KZP): 1 Vrabcha Street, floors 3–5, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria; consumer helpline: 0700 111 22; website: https://kzp.bg/. Complaints and reports may be submitted through the electronic form on the CCP website or in person at one of its offices. Referring a matter to the CCP does not restrict the right to seek judicial protection.
To the extent that a choice of law is permitted, Bulgarian law applies. The protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of another country is preserved where applicable, including in relation to consumers. Disputes are determined by the court having jurisdiction under applicable law; these Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or exclusive jurisdiction in Sofia on all Visitors.
The invalidity of an individual provision does not affect the remaining Terms to the extent that they can operate independently and the law permits.
